The Hill of Doom....and thats just half of it!

This is the right side of the hill. What you see planted is $150 worth of shrubbery. I'm gonna run out of money, like tomorrow.
Here is more to the left. The dirt is already starting to slide down, so we figure the best bet is to plant up high, and work our way down. But we'll run out of money before that happens.
This is the tallest part. The entire thing goes all the way behind the house. We won't even talk about the sod. Donations, anyone?

The rest of Mothers Day.

Annika slowly carries both boxes through the mall. Here we pose. And I always look bewildered. Never noticed it before. But why not.
What AM I gonna do with all that junk inside that trunk?
Gavin wanted a bear for himself. He was still holding out hope that the rabbit was his until the bitter end. He even named him Peter. Ah well, next time big guy.
 

Mothers Day!

We go to Build-A-Bear Workshop for Mothers Day. They picked a rabbit for me and a bear for Nanna. Annika helps stuff the bear.
Here they give them and air bath. I think this was their favorite part. Callan is VERY serious about his fun.
Whoosh! Annika's hair is blown in the process.
 

We always wear the appropriate safety gear

Callan and I think its a great idea to wear goggles and slide down the stairs on container lids. I'm a bit too heavy for them, so I opt for the moon shoes.
